We had a wonderful time. We were always treated kindly by friendly personnel. We were extremely impressed with how friendly and enthusiastic all the cruise line's employees were. We were expecting great sites, great food, and good shows, but we really impressed with how we were treated.

If you decide to put in the time and energy to find and focus on flaws in the ship you can find them...it strikes me as a silly way to spend your vacation...but there are folks who do live to complain...consider this... the Grand takes over 30,000 passengers a year...if there were glaring problems then it would draw thousands of complaints...look at the posts...those who are looking forward to their next cruise far out number those who complain... so relax...you will enjoy your experience

I see a lot of post explaining how the ship is run down and staterooms are in poor condition. Starting to get buyers remorse. Curious if you didn't notice these things or they just don't exist. Thank you.
