San Francisco is COLD

Sail Date: December 10, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Inside

Unfortunately, when I sailed from San Francisco it was cold the first 2 and the last 2 which kind of guts the cruise!

Always opt for LA!!!

Service was five star outstanding.

Boat is getting a little run down. e.g. The electric doors to the exterior no longer work- meaning a mobility scooter needs a door holder.

Jumbo screen has numerous burnt out pixels.

Cabin / Stateroom
Handicapped room. Very large, very clean and comfortable, steward was outstanding!
Special fixtures in bathroom were worn.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Puerto Vallarta and Cabo san Lucas were great, Mazatlan was friendly, Manzanillo was just an industrial port-boring and not worth landing.
Onboard Activities
Far and away best service I have had!!!
Food and Dining
Sit-down meals were good, buffets were terrible!
San Francisco, California
Avoid sailing from here-too cold and windy!
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Beautiful, hot, lots to do. Loved it!
Manzanillo, Mexico
An industrial city. Nothing special to see or do. Skip it.
Mazatlan, Mexico
Friendly place, ordinary costal town.
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Very picturesque, tons to do and see!
