Fantastic, everything far out weighed our expectations. You could relax by the pools or take on the shows and night clubs. The staff was exceptional down to the dinner bar man.

It was terrific. I have no complaints at all.

The ship itself is decent - clean but does show a bit of wear here and there.

Amazing ship - beautiful - has a really fun promenade down the middle with cute stores, ice cream parlor, bar, coffee house, pizza place - easy to navigate around ship. Tons of activities.

Inferior food, dirty conditions, corny entertainment, shoddy excursions, hard sell at every turn on overpriced items, canceled only activities I might have enjoyed, huge lines and overcrowding for everything. I've waited a lifetime to take a cruise and this lived up to none of my expectations. It was a huge disappointment and I intend to complain in detail to Royal Caribbean. Cab fares were between $80-$120 when I was told $30 to and from Melbourne airport. Orlando was the only airport that the ship transported bags to...no one told me any of this. I was double charged for my spa treatments though I'd paid in advance and it wasn't easy getting it fixed. All in all, it was a huge waste of money. I've never been so disappointed with a vacation in my life.

First time cruise for my daughters and I; we loved it! I could go on a cruise tomorrow, that is how much I enjoyed it!

When I entered the ship it was my first time on a royal boat so I was excited to see it and how things ran. The boat was fast very big very clean and a lot of fun. Me and my gf had a great time on the boat and in the future we will sail with royal again all the staff were great also

Technical problems with magic show and show reservations reservations. Breakfast and lunch service was poor on 8 meals.

The ship is great, allthe staff is very friendly and everybody have fun. My kids love it and we too!!!!

With the recent additions to this ship is as good if not better then the Oasis class ships. The shows are much better because they have had time to perfect them. The wait staff, stewards, and service personell are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The cruise director was hilarious. My only complaints is that the fellow passengers can be quite rude.

Freedom of the Sea ship is a Great, clean ship with plenty to do ...day or night. The staff is super friendly and always there to help or direct you. Entertainment is EXCELLENT! The food was very good and so much to choose from.

Ive been cruising since 1958 Im appalled by needing to pay for just about everything especially Water, Soft drinks and squeezed orange juice Knowing that alcohol is tax free on the ocean, I'm further appalled that Alcoholic drinks are marked up more than Bars on land especially wine
