Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Technical problems with magic show and show reservations reservations. Breakfast and lunch service was poor on 8 meals.

Pros: Relaxing and meeting new people

Cons: Service and food were not as good as other Royal Carib cruises. Reservations to shows did not work.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Food and Dining
Been on 6 Royal Caribbean cruises. Service, food were below any other ship.
Entertainment
Reservations were not honored. Contradicting information from staff. Excursion time was moved up by 2 hours, which we found out about 1 hour before we had to be there. Getting off ship was uncoordinated by staff.
