this cruise was a great esperience for my family especially for my grand childrens they had a lot of fun ,kating on the ice

This was our second cruise out of San Juan, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience some of the southernmost islands without going on a longer cruise. This was our first trip aboard the Freedom, and I was happy with what the ship had to offer. One thing to keep in mind is that it is an older ship in RCCL's fleet,so it is going to be smaller and more outdated than the newer ships. Knowing that, the Freedom had plenty of on board amenities to ensure that we were never bored. This was also our first time upgrading to a junior suite and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is wondering if the extra expense is worth it. Our room was spacious and we had an extended balcony that came with our own lounge chairs and table/chair set. We typically book an excursion for each port day to ensure that we will have something to do other than enjoy the fantastic beaches. Every excursion that we did was professional and tons of fun. I would definitely sail on the Freedom again.

Great cruise for family and friends alike. I would definitely do this cruise again.

The RC Freedom is a fairly new ship as of May 2018. On my first RC Explorer cruise in 2002 and others after it, the food was phenominal, like at a 5 star restaurant. In the past few years, the food on almost every cruise I've been on is mediocre meaning no better than a chain restaurant like TGI Fridays or Chilis. What they do now is charge extra for their onboard specialty restaurants so you have to pay extra for really good food. I didn't pay for any on this ship but on others the restaurant food was way better than in the dining room or buffet. So, you should be prepared for that which to me is disappointing but I have to admit, for the amount I paid for the cruise it's still an amazing deal. I'm going to try Celebrity in 2019 and we'll see if this concept holds true for them. Nice ship though really, just wish the food was what it used to be.

This was our second time on the Freedom OTS and we brought another couple who loved it as much as we do. A couple of the ports did not provide services for our the handicapped in our party and walking the piers is quite difficult for them. The lack of space at the pools is also of concern. Other than that all else was great !!!!

Overall an enjoyable vacation. Ship is in need of a little TLC. Noticeable musty smell in some hallways. Service excellent. Royal Caribbean did a wonderful job with Labadee.

This was our 19th cruise on RCCL. Freedom of the Seas is a mid-size ship with lots of space to move around. The entertainment was top notch. The Diamond Club, although crowded at times, had the best appetizers and drinks of any club I have been in. The crew members were great as always. There was a good selection of food in the dining rooms. The stops that we made were all good. The only problems I encountered were that they did not check in my pool towels correctly and I was notified that they were going to bill me, but they immediately corrected the problem and the first morning breakfast in the main dining room could have gone smoother.

Wonderful cruise on a beautiful ship. Staff were outstanding, friendly and enthusiastic. The accommodations were comfortable more spacious than experienced on previous cruises on another line. Our housekeeper, Irvin did an outstanding job. The food was all very good, both in the main dinning area and specialty restaurants. Our servers Ila and Liia were great meeting our every request. The ports were all very interesting and very nice places to visit. All in all it was a great vacation.

This was an all around extremely enjoyable cruise. The food was great - the buffet, room service, the main dining room, and the specialty restaurants. The on-board staff (room attendant and waitstaff) were all very friendly. The nighttime entertainment was fantastic. The ports were all beautiful and fun (I highly recommend Maho Beach in St. Maarten). Overall, everything was excellent.

Onboard entertainment was enjoyable. Unexpectedly found art lectures extremely interesting andceducational.

This was our 2nd trip on this ship. We love it! We already booked our next cruise vacation.

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. We loved our room. We wished there were more things for adults to do during the day.

Excellent cruising experience. I spent most nights in the KARAOKE bar. I would like to see some improvement in regards to when is the schedule for Adult and Children. And I hope there would be prizes.

Over all a good cruise. My teenage daughter and I had a very nice time. Will definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

Told we could bring wine onboatd. Luggage not delivered. Spent an hour tracking it down. Would not deliver to our room...had to do it myself Unacceptable. Diamond club perks were good..

The staff was so friendly had a great time on the cruise. Most definitely will go again on a cruise with Royal Caribbean.

The food and the service was wonderful all over the ship They are trying all the time to sell you all kind of packages (drinks, internet, photis, trips)
