Review summary

This was our first time with Royal Caribbean and it will not be our last. Great customer service and cleanliness, which we find important. Loved having a balcony room, we spent a great deal of time sitting on the balcony early in the morning and in the evening.

Fitness center is wonderful. Nice pools, recommend going early to secure a lounge chair.

Every staff member went out of their way to smile, greet you, ask if you needed anything.

They are always cleaning. Ship was very clean, everywhere.

We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the room was a little tight by the end of the week, but it worked well.

Ship tip

Take advantage of the duty free on-board shopping. We had no issues clearing customs.
