Per my experience, overall, I did not like it and I cant say that I will cruise any again any time soon.
They need more variety of activities and more should be included on the cruise with the price you are spending to cruise.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food selections were of good choice. Something for everyone
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
limited activities- just be prepared to spend money for things to do. Pools were over crowded as well as pool chairs were about full or people hold items on chairs and the royal caribbean crew do not follow their published rules about items being used to hold seats.
Entertainment

Children's Programs

It closes at a certain time and you will be charged if your child if there after that time. Things to do depends on your childs age group. Kids club for 13 and over; under 13- a few video games but not enough to have kept my child occupied and having fun.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Staff was good although the person who was assigned to clean my stateroom always had an odor so the room smelled like him after he left from cleaning it.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
ship areas were clean. I did not see any issues
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
it was small for 3 people. I didnt like how the pull out bed was hanging over the main bad. It was somewhat scary. There was not a pull out sofa per the description. If your child is heavier in size, then it would definately be an issue. They have to use a ladder to get up to the bed over your bed. And of course the restroom is small. Only one person in at a time. Balcony was a comfortable size with a great ocean view. It had 3 chairs to sit in
Ship tip
Dont go on Spring break and check the activites if they interest you before you book. And - everything is NOT included. So you will have to pay for some things you may want to do/eat.
very easy. line was long to get off but it was steady moving. I would say total time to disembark was no more than 25 min. Easier to have your luggage taken the night before rather than dealing with it on the day of.
There is lots to do and enjoy on that ship that doesn't cost anything. Must be your first cruise and you didn't do any research before boarding. You could have reserved shows. You picked a bad time to go because of all the spring breakers. Cruisers know to check everything about your cruise before boarding. That is a beautiful ship and has so much you can do. Better luck next cruise.
Maybe some research ahead of time would have helped. First time cruising helps you learn alot. I hope you will try again. We loved freedom of the seas.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Spring Break can be the worst of the cruising season (also Thanksgiving and Christmas). Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations.
