Had a blast on this cruise. Recommend renting a car and sightseeing on your own. Great little finds in each port. No rush, go at your own pace, and do what you want to do!

Rented a car for the day. Cocktails at Doliitles restaurant since it was too windy for snorkeling and kayaking. Howelton Estates for Caribelle Batik shopping( 2 kids missed the first batik shop) and chocolate making. From grinding your own cocoa nibs and cocoa butter and adding flavors( I made spicy chocolate!) to pouring into a mold to set and wrapping! Amazing experience ($60 per person- includes gift apron and chocolate bar, free drink at the drink station) Port shopping
Rented a car for the day, started at Carlisle Bay for swimming and snorkeling. Rented beach chairs for $10/each all day use. Hubby and kids snorkeled and found schools of fish, sting rays and sea turtles. Lunch and local beer and cocktails at the outdoor cafe. Some local venders, restrooms and showers available. Off to a working Sugar windmill. And Cavern Tour (tour is via a tram) on beautiful grounds! Leisure drive back to port for shopping. In port 9am-8:30pm, but port shops closed around 7-7:30pm.
Super fast, customs was a breeze, just showed our passports. Taxi back to our hotel we had when we arrived the day before boarding the ship in Puerto Rico.
