Great Ship, Great Cruise. All of the ports of call were good, but, St. Lucia was the best. Really liked the sugar train on St. Kitts. St. Lucia was by far the most picturesque of all of the islands we were at on The Freedom of the Seas. Crew and staff could not be friendlier. Would highly recommend this cruise.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Fast, efficient and staff could not be more accommodating.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
All restaurants served good food, however in the Windjammer you would think people never saw food before. After one day, we no longer went back as many cruise guests were very load and very rude. We then ate our breakfasts in the dining room, At dinner we also ate in the main dining room and found that Rosario & Yannick our servers were Outstanding and very efficient.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There was much to do on the ship. Never had to worry about being bored.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Musicians and Promenade Show the Second night were very good.
Children's Programs
No children with us.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Rosario, Yannick in main dining room were outstanding as was Mellissa in Chops! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Dominic Bunji our cabin attendant was always keeping the cabin neat, clean and stocked with toiletries and other items.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Common areas very clean and ship layout was very nice and we purposely selected this cruise as we were on this ship on a Transatlantic Crossing from Barcelona in 2017.
as we liked it so much.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cleanliness, comfort and size were as we expected. However, there ought to be directions on how to turn-on and adjust water temperature and pressure of the Bath/Shower.
Ship tip
Great ship, but, the Windjammer Buffet is very loud and some guests can be very rude and very loud.
Dirty and the cabbies were very pushy, especially after exiting shopping area. No Excursion and wanted to see the Cathedral but it was closed because it needs restoration.
