the waiters, room stewards were very friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable,

yes the common areas were very well clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Was traveling with 2 elderly passengers, and was told that the coach opens up to a bed, which that was not the case. Our room Steward was a gem, she got us a cot so we can all be comfortable.
