Review summary

Overall, I really enjoyed the cruise. I especially appreciate Heschem, Gertrudo, and Daican for making sure my mother and I received delectable vegan meals.

Getting checked in was pretty easy. I rated the experience a 4 instead of a 5 because I was given a $50 card to redeem that I wasn't aware had someone else's name printed on it. Needless to say, I wasnt able to use it.

I was extremely happy with Hischem, Gertrudo, Dennis, and Daican. They made our vegan experience STELLAR, by going out of their way to prepare vegan dishes for us.

I didn't do much, but the trivia games were fun!

I hate to rate this area a "4" when I had FABULOUS SERVICE from everyone, to include our room attendant, Gary Watson - who was SUPER PHENOMENAL, by the way. However, there was one member of the Customer Service team who I rate a "1" on a scale of 1-10. I hope I am given an opportunity to voice my concerns over this individual Fernanda (sp).
