Review summary

For a Christmas Cruise, it did not feel much like Christmas. Maybe just my high expectations. I don't like how everything has gone to sub-par and to get the good food or good services you have to pay extra. We are paying a lot for these cruises and they used to be all inclusive. Even the service from the room porter was sub-par. Just a disappointing cruise in comparison to those we have taken in the past.

Enjoyed the Main dining room and the wait staff. The Windjammer was just OK. Food in Specialty restaurants was fantastic. The disappointment is that in the past, the great food was in the dining room. Now you get good food in dining room, mediocre food in windjammer, and the great food in the speciality restaurants. We are paying a ton of money for this experience, and less and less is all inclusive.

Loved our waiters and most of the other ship personnel. Was completely disappointed with our room steward this trip.
