Review summary

Very disappointed with the overall experience! I will never sail again from Puerto Rico! And rethinking my loyalty to Royal Caribbean. Not the care and service I am use to receiving.

Embarkation

. No broadway like shows; the quality of; the majority guest was from to cater to them while other guest were overlooked. I complained to the concierge about my concerns and they suggest that I complete the survey once I received it in email, no apologies or attempt to accommodate. The PR's took over the ship and was loud in the theater, took over the small dance floor and made it impossible for anyone else to relax and enjoy to ship and the cruise. A complete waste of money sailing out of this port. My suggestion is to leave from any other port if you want to enjoy your cruise.

Need updating. The carpet is dirty and the chairs in "on AIR" section are old, dirty and sticky.

Annoyed that every 5 minutes a staff member is trying to sale dining packages. Annoying!!

Clearly states on rc website that there is no broadway show so it shouldn't have been a surprise to you. With regards Peurto ricans taking over the dance floor how dare anyone else enjoy themselves on the same vacation your are on. People need to realise that EVERYONE else who has saved and paid for cruise has the right to be there, no matter colour, race, sexuality or religion. Petsonally i would rather sail with 1000 peurto ricans enjoying themselves than sit at the same table with 1 arrogant ignorant bigot
