Enjoyed my first cruise very much. Plan on going on another one, just not sure if it will be with Royal Caribbean as their customer service after the cruise was not up to my expectations! So disappointed!

Food was great, could order as much as you want! If you did not finish your meal, staff was concerned you did not like the food and offered to get you something else. (I just ordered too much!) Had drink package, if you do make sure you get the fresh squeezed OJ at breakfast!

Ship tip

Do not leave your bags on any excursions when you disembark from the ship. Had things stolen from my bags, Royal Caribbean did not care when I called to complain.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation itself was smooth. Wish I would not of taken Puerto Rico excursion. Did the Old and New San Juan. Had one hour at Old San Juan to walk around but not in New San Juan. Instead our driver took us to a dive restaurant and we were made to spend 45 minutes at this place. Called RC to complain, was told, so sorry but nothing we can do.

We’ve done both Harmony and Allure and thought both were outstanding. Doing Freedom in March of 2019. We did have a good on an excursion and RC credited me back 1/2 my cost.

I've been on Adventure and Independance, very nice. Soon i will go on Freedom, will see how it goes.

Try their smaller ships. I find the food is better along with better personal service. We'll never cruise RC's larger ships. They're too crowded and the people are rude.

Big reason I never book excursions with the cruise line (any cruise line), I like to be in charge

Well there are a lot of other cruise companies however don’t write them off so quickly give them one more try on a different ship.
