Main dining room and buffet were great. Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Good was excellant. Are at Chops and was very disappointed. Service was slow and the steaks, that they're known for was tough. Had key lime pie that was absolutely disgusting.

Our waiters were excellent. We saw the room steward when we first got on the ship and then after we complained, once, but that's all.

It's great if you have kids and don't care to relax. The lounge for diamond club members much too small.
I was on Freedom last week and the diamond benefits are the same as before. There is a list of benefit that was loaded on your card. I didn’t realized I had 20% off on pedicure (first time on cruise) and they told me as I paid for it.
