Review summary

After going on the Allure were everything was amazing we could not believe how bad the service was on the Freedom of the seas. The food was horrible at the main restaurant and at the buffet the pizza was not fresh to me frozen box pizza is better than what they were serving and on top of that it was always soggy . For breakfast you were not able to request a table for a party of four or even two you had to sit were they told you to sit and if you left an empty chair in between they had a problem and will make faces. I have no problem in sitting with other guess but when you have an 80 year old grandma that does not speak English I find it very rude to be speaking Spanish on a table full of English speaking guess. I will never go back to Freedom of the seas or any old cruise ship from Royal Caribbean.

Just got off Freedom today, and I couldn't disagree more with this post. We ate in the Windjammer, and say wherever we pleased.

I was on fos in august too. True the pizza at Sorento's was like frozen pizza it wasn't what I expected but everything else was out of u his world. If you ate breakfast in the main dinning room, you should have went to the Windjammer instead. You Could Choose Your seating there. Sit With Who you wanted.

We just returned from cruise on Freedom of seas, I agree the food was wack....I ate salad every day in the wind jammer.they really need to replace cooking staff.....

I was on freedom in August and found everything amazing . I never tried the pizza as I ate in the main dinning room as the food there was superb :)

It was just refurbished in 2015...was the food truly horrible though it just not what you expected? I've cruised a lot and to call the food horrible, wow!

Wow, that's odd. Because as many times as we sailed on her. We've never had a bad experience. We've always eaten breakfast in the windjammer

We have sailed recently on the Freedom and the Oasis. Both ships were wonderful in every way.
