Review summary

This was our first time on RC. We had a great time though we did not go to our original ports of call due to bad weather there. But our room attendant Ronald was very good and did a great job. Our waiter in the dinning room was Sid and he was great as well. The boat was beautiful and my wife liked how al the shops were together on deck 5. The food was a little better on NCL in my opinion. But we had a great time on our first RC cruise and would go back with them.

Bed was really firm but other than that a great room. First time looking out of the front of ship.

Ship tip

Avoid long lines at lunch and grab a slice of pizza on deck 5. Go catch all the shows.

Didn't get to see it do to weather. Went to Costa Maya instead. Tip for there is stay on the ship. Long walk to nowhere.

How can people rave about a fantastic cruise and then only rate 4 stars?!?!?! I work in a business that rates our service, and as far as the corporation is concerned, anything less than a 5 is a O! Just sayin' A fantastic cruise, whether you were rerouted for your own safety is a 5!!!

Yeah freedom of the seas is the best I been on it like 4 times and sorry u didn't go to the other port but it a really fun ship and please go on it again u will really like it

I feel so bad for you guys!! This was definitely not a good week to b cruising out there but it's really the luck of the draw. What ports did they bring you to instead? Also any $$ refunded. Glad u still had a good time
