Review summary

My favorite part was the Once Upon A Time show. It was a great show as was the ice skating show. The level of customer service. It seemed to be 50/50 depending on who you spoke to. Throughout the cruise when we asked questions we were referred to different places often and still really never got accurate responses.

The anytime dining wasn't always as expected. Reservations were still needed.

We found ourselves a little bit bored. Not as many activities as other ships we've been on.

It seemed 50/50. Some were amazing and some were not so willing to help or seemed unable to answer questions and would direct you to another location.

The bathrooms were all very clean, even at the pool.
