Review summary

This was my second time cruising with Royal Caribbean and while it was good service it was not even close to the service we received last time. The dining and room staff took care of what we asked for in a timely manor but we always had to ask. Overall it was a good cruise but the magic was missing. The shows and ports were amazing. Will cruise again nex year.

Sad to hear this. My family of 11 were on FOS in July and had unbelievable service. They went above and beyond every night.

I agree they went down ! We skipped royal this year and we r going on our first Disney cruise in sept.
