Price I paid was little too much, and price actually dropped after I have purchased, but my agent refuse to match the price at the time. I was talking with some other people on the cruise few had price matched at the end.

Book direct with RCCL phone or online, they will drop price before final payment made

I've had the price matched twice on my current booking so far. Have saved over $600 from my initial booking price. Had no issues with the Royal Caribbean customer service. They were happy to do it.

Yea that's just wrong. Speak to the supervisor about it. If the price dropped you should get it back or have it applied as a ship credit on next cruise.
