Review summary

My husband and I love to cruise on Royal Caribbean. This time things were different, and not in a good way. The fitness center staff was unfriendly, the casino staff was 50/50 and we heard from others that the pool bar staff was no pleasant. This was the second time we were attempting bahamas and the second time the boat couldn't make it into the bahamas. Even with these obstacles we had a pleasant vacation and would cruise again.

i was nervous to try the interior, we've only ever had a balcony. We were more than happy with it and will probably book the interior going forward.

100%… I would have 20-30 complaints about guests before even thinking of one for the crew... The other people on the ship have the power to make or break your experience.... but only if you let them... Cruise happy!

I have to agree with bostonbrian23. I have run into my share of rude passengers. Also.....yaaaayy Bruins. I'm from Mass, lol

When you see and hear some of the people the crew deal with day in and day out, its understood why sometimes you'll run into one that is just fed up lol... If you're good people to them 99% of the time they are good people right back...

I am cruseing in 10 days for the first time and I am guess that they over work the crew. The need breaks inbetween. IDK why people do that to others. It's not rt.

We love Freedom and have also enjoyed all our cruises but I agree about the pool bar.

I've been on Freedom 3x and loved it. Have 8th RCCL Cruise booked (on Adventure). I'm sorry that you had staff issues. If you contact Royal, they will give you a credit off your next cruise. You get so excited about going so having issues like that aren't very nice. I'm sure they'll do something for you. Best of luck with the next one!!
