Review summary

We have been on better cruises, This ship,was not as nice as it was one time.The service personnel were great, however,didn't have a sandwich shop, no help for the handicap, not in wheelchairs. May not use RC again.

I use a scooter and have received excellent care. they are very accomadating.

Was on Freedom in June and going again next week. I am sure I will have a wonderful time as I did in June. Surprised about the complaint with handicaps. We met a couple who's family member was handicapped and said they had no problems. Actually seen quite a few people in wheelchairs getting around pretty well.

we have been on the freedom 2 times so far and in 29 days it will be the 3rd time ...this ship is fantastic. you will have plenty of fun ...

I'm going on Freedom next May, and I'm really looking forward to the sailing. Curious though, was your primary concern the lack of attention to handicapped issues? Seems unusual that you gave 4 stars to a cruise on a line you said you won't be sailing anymore.
