Review summary
The cruise was great. The one thorn in our side was an email that we received from . Their email offered us 25% off any excursion while on our cruise if we prepaid thru them (we prepaid the entire cruise thru ). We chose a Kyack and Snorkel package for St Martin, the same as described in the Royal Caribbean brochure and sure enough it was 25% less. We didn't read the fine print before leaving but we assummed all was well since it was on the Royal Caribbean cruise. When we didn't receive tickets in our room we went to customer service on the ship and after reading it "carefully" Andre told us it was cancelled days ago. To make a long story short, it wasn't even a Royal Caribbean excursion and it wasn't cancelled. The link from was a third party site that booked us something "similar", but we had to get our own transportation to the site that was 30 minutes away!!! We were told that even tho the ship excursion was cancelled due to danger from rough seas and murkiness, our guide waited for us and even "tried to contact us" tho not sure how since there wasn't a message on the boat or our cell phones. We were out the entire price (but got a 25% discount : ( at least)! We're still waiting on Royal Caribbean to let us know what they will do.................

Ship tip
The lower the deck the smoother the cruise. The higher decks have greater sway.
