Review summary
It is a beautiful ship. The Promenade and Pool areas were Superior. The Jucuzzi's were Large and many of them. Really liked the size of the Gym and the main pools were very large not like a pool on a cruise ship usually, It felt like a pool at a resort. The H20 zone was fun for adults as well. However I was disappointed that the Solarium was smaller than on other ROyal ships. We always liked that area. It didn't seem as nice as the Explorer class ships Solariums. The food was great as usual. The Entertainment was the best we had ever had on a cruise. Every night was a great new show. It was fantastic. The Ice Skating was wonderful. The Parades were wonderful. The room was more spacious than on other ships. We had lots of room for everything. The in room safes were easy to operate. The Flat Screen TV's were very nice. The service was wonderful and the rooms were very clean.Ports of call
Pros: The Promenade street in middle of ship with food cafe open 24 hours a day
Cons: The Solarium was not as big as it was on Explorer class ships. Was disappointed that the H20 Zone took up so much room that they had to make the adult area smaller. We always loved the Solarium. For a mega ship this Solarium was smaller than the Solarium on smaller Royal ships.
