Book excursions at the discounted price before boarding. In other ships the price doesn't seem to change. But, our excursion cost 30% more when booked on the ship.

My wife found the bed a bit hard and asked for a mattress topper which made a massive difference.

There’s a free ice cream machine on deck 11 that we used every day ! Vanilla, with chocolate or strawberry or plain. It was fun pulling ones own cornet ! We got quite good at it in the end !

Told our port time were adjusted-hours late into port-due to reduction in speed because after this sailing ship was going into dry dock to work on the stabilizers!! RC refuses to take responsibility -chose this itinerary because of port times-They do in advance that this ship needed maintenance-Ruined the cruise-they mentioned safety - how safe is it to board thousand of people onto a ship that could not sail at a normal speed-

Do not book with Royal Caribbean if you want a great holiday, book with P&O Cruises. Royal Caribbean does not know the meaning of Good customer service neither do they know what fair pricing mean. They broke our bag and wanted to offer us $25 which was nowhere enough. The room service took 3 hours to arrive and with the wrong food. Cabin Steward was powerless as he did not have the tools to make our holiday enjoyable. Overall a rubbish cruise from a rubbish company. Stay clear!!!
