Review summary

We hit some rough weather and our itinerary changed because of this. Not the end of the world as we still had a fantastic time. I would rate this as the best cruise we have done. Norway is a stunning place although very expensive when in ports. Get a good breakfast in you as a fish and chip lunch runs around £20.

MDR and Windjammer were both excellent. First time in Chopps but wasn’t overly impressed.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
My 5th cruise with RC and as always the staff were exceptional.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
For its age it looked remarkable. 2nd best ship I’ve been on behind Independence.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Some people moan about the cabins on these ships but I honestly can’t see why. Kept really clean and well maintained.

Ship tip

My wife found the bed a bit hard and asked for a mattress topper which made a massive difference.

Grabbed our cases out of the room, walked off the ship and straight out to the car park. Took about 20 minutes.
