The ship is incredible. There is so much to do that there is never a dull moment. From the shows to the casino everything is first class. The main dining you couldnt ask for better, the food and service is A one. The windjammer is fantastic a buffett that you will never forget. And if you want some quite time order room service, you wont regret it. The Employess and Customer Service do anything in there power to help you. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Everything is very organized from boarding the ship to leaving on excursions. I recommend that you try this cruise the island that we went to were incredible. We will do this cruise again.

The Voyager class ships are outstanding. Our dining room waiter and assistant waiter were the best ever. Our room steward was also excellent. Danielle Smith from is outstanding. I would recommend Danielle to anyone and everyone who may be planning a vacation.

When we pulled into the port in Miami, we were very excited about the size of the ship. This being our first cruise, we did not have anything to compare it to, but we talked to several other passengers who said it was much larger than other ships they have been on. It did not seem crowded at all except at dinner time. There was an overwhelming number of activities for all ages at all times. We definately enjoyed cruising on Royal Caribbean.

This was my fourth cruise. The ship was nice. It was my first tme in a Balcony suite which was very nice. Our experience on this cruise compared to the others was good,not great. The staff on this ship was outstanding fom the room stewards to the dining room service. One person who I felt stood out and made our experience a lot nicer was the greeter at the windjammer cafe, whom i didn't think of getting his name. He was from Jamica and when he spoke with his accent he just made everyone feel so good. He was polite and made sure he greeted everyone coming and going. The overall experience of the ship was good our kids had alot to keep them occupied all day and night. The one draw back I feit was the extra charges on the ship. This was a nice cruise would I cruise again on this ship probally not , but when I cruise again I will try another line that we haven't been on yet which has some bearing on our decision why not to cruise on this ship again.

I love the fact that the workers are so nice and warming. The food is so amazing. I can't believe the wonderful art they do with thier fruits, vegetables, and Ice. I'am just gonna make it short. The cruise was amazing. The number one cruise I've ever been. Thank You for making it the best trip/spring break I've ever had.

We really enjoy cruising on the Explorer. It has so much to offer with the Promenade Deck with all the Shops, Sport Bar, Seattle Coffee Shop & Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. It is fun to set and have coffee at an outside table to watch all the people and the activities on the Promenade Deck. We also enjoy much of the Entertainment, especially when they bring in special entertainers. The theatre is so large and can accommodate many many people. The casino was also exciting, we even won some jackpots on the slot machines. The excercise room and spa was really great, we took advantage of using them both. Even tho we had an inside cabin, it was really decorated nicely and was one deck below the Windjammer & pools making them easily accessible for us to use.

The ship was beautiful - well maintained and the staff was very attentive. Especially notable was the stateroom attendant who remembered our names from day one and went out of his way to meet our every needs. The food was great, although the steaks that I had were not as good as one would find in a good steakhouse. The waitstaff throughout the ship were excellent with the exception of our waiter who rarely smiled and was not very attentive - the assitance waiter was exceptional. The airline reservations made by the ship were terrible and made without any contact to see if we could make the times that the tickets were procured for. Suggest that people book their own air fares so that times & dates are more compatible with your personal needs. The entertainment provided during the cruise was of "Las Vegas Quality and was superb!

First of all, let me say that the boarding experience was surprisingly fast. With a ship that big, we thought we would be standing in lines for quite some time. We were very impressed with The Explorer of the Seas. It had a variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy along with great shows and different dance clubs. Even though we were on the ship for seven nights, I still don't think we did everything! We were very pleased with the adult-only pool area. The ship also offered a great many things for children and we couldn't believe all the activities, such as miniature golf, basketball, etc. We both thought the food was better, both in the main dining room and the cafeteria. This was the first time that we had gotten a balcony room and we really enjoyed it. We would absolutely go on this ship again.

We recently decided to take our first cruise.We took the Royal caribbean explorer of the seas.It was the most wonderful experience for both of us.There was so much to do, even if you did not want to take an excursion for the day the ship offered enough entertainment to keep you as busy as you wanted to be.There were a ton of different little bars and enough ben and jerry's icecream to fill your happiest of dreams!their ice show was unbelieavable! I would have payed for it if it would not have been included.

The ship was very clean organized the staff were very helpful the food was awesome as well as clean rooms so many activities from dusk till dawn the crew was very active with everyone on board and the ship was awesome

The ship was beautiful. As stated the service in the dining room was over and above excellent. I was very impressed with the bed and bed linens. We were told that all Royal Caribbean ships were going to this upgrade. The ship was very clean and I felt very comfortable on board. I would recommend this cruise line to anyone. We took 30 first time cruisers with us, and all came back raving of the good time.

We loved just about everything about the whole experience! I was impressed with how clean the ship was kept and how nice and welcoming the staff were! The entertainment was never ending, we kept busy the whole time. We met some very interesting and nice people as well. We will be cruising again with this cruise line.

The Cruise Ship was beautiful and the three excursions we went on were absolutely FANTASTIC!! The service on the ship was unacceptable. This is my husband and I 5th time cruising and the service was very poor much to our surprise. It took the waitress and assistant approx 3 days to warm up to us. I mean, just to have a little extra conversation etc.. The rest of the main dining room experience was okay. No dining room dancing from the crew and no extra fun. The bartenders were not friendly at all. The cabin stewart we hardly even saw throughout the week.. Usually you get at least a Good Morning, etc. It seems the crew did what they had to do and no more. It was our 10th anniversary and nothing special for us except a coupon for a jewelry store on the island. Wait staff was told REPEATEDLY by my friend that it was our anniversary and nothing. They sure sang to another couple at my table. My friend even TOLD THE HEADWAITER!! The bartenders HARDLY acknowledge the fact that you are there! Why would they? They know they are getting a tip!! Would they not like a BIGGER TIP? The Capt Morgan Sail excursion was the BEST I've ever been on!! Try It!!

A clean and tidy ship with a friendly staff. The entertainment was very good particularly the Schooners Bar. The champagne bar very pleasant for an early evening before dinner drink, so too, was the jazz bar on the 14th deck.
