This is my first time curise and I really enjoy it very much.

There was alot to do while we were at sea. Different type of foods to eat. Everyone was very friendly. Shopping deals were good. Overall the cruise was wonderful.

The ship has not been maintained. It is clear the company has failed to put money in the upkeep of the ship. The value of what I spent was not worth what I received.

The ship's decor was dated and worn. We actually had a blood stained mattress pad. The pool towels were stained. There were a limited amount of poolside chairs available so laying out was not an option. The kids water slide was open for a very few select hours everyday and most were not convenient.

Overall we were satisfied with the ship, but it did not meet our expectations of Royal Carribean.

Clean, spacious, and really nice. Pleanty to do and can you believe an ice scating ring on the ship.

One word that best describes this cruise is the moneypit. There is really notihing you can do on the ship for free. The food is horrible & most of the time is spent waiting for evelators & shuffling from one side of the ship to the other. The staff is very friendly & helpful though.

The whole ship was really well maintained

The ship was huge, with lots to do. I spent a lot of time at the gym, which has a cardio area, a weights area, a sauna, and a steam room, and many classes. I also played a lot of ping pong, and spent time in one of the many hot tubs. We were worried that it would be crowded, since there were more then 3000 passengers. But it wasn't.

The staterooms were nice and the stateroom steward was good. The dining room servers were very good. But the menu was too limited. The Medic office staff were cold and ineffective. The gust relations department was not accomodating. There is a definite lack of communication between departments. The public bathrooms, the 24 hour cafe and windjammer need to be constantly cleaned. They were dirty. Some of the staff need to take a course on people skills, They did not smile as a matter of fact some growl at you.

The ship was really wonderful. Absolutely loved the ship. Beautiful. Full of everything you could possibly want or need.

So big, so many different areas, all with different decors for different tastes. But easy to find our way around in very short time.

THE SHIP WAS SPOTLESS FROM BOTTOM TO TOP ALL THE DAYS I WAS ON THERE, INCLUDING ALL EATING AREAS AND INCLUDING THE POOLS.

Explorer of the Seas is a beautiful ship. The workers are kind, attentive and friendly. On the other hand a large percentage of them barely speak english. At times it was annoying. Especially when MCing game time. Our cabin on deck 10 was kept emaculate by "Mike". Awesome guy. Our waiter in the Columbus Dinning room "Alison" was a gem. We were given false information a few times, concerning activities being moved from deck to deck. Ship to shore info was not always correct. Guest relations really worked hard to keep everyone happy. One of my biggest complaints is you had to walk through the Casino to get to certain area's and the smoking was awful.

This was our first cruise and we were not disappointed! The crew was outstanding, so ready to help with anything. My husband really loved the cigar bar, it was our afternoon break each day with the drink of the day. I loved the shows---every one of them!

This is a friendly ship despite its size. We enjoyed everything especially the willingness of the staff to help out whenever we needed it. The ease of getting on and this year we tried the Express Departure which was great and got us on our way in no time at all. The entertainment was superior and the Ice Show was spectacular. As for the food and service in the dining room it was appreciated and we were treated like royalty. We also enjoyed the Windjammer and C P . This was the first cruise for a family member and even though the first day was little rough...she soon became a real cruiser. Our excursions especially the trip to Saphire Beach were enjoyed by all and the snorkeling was the best.

Everything about Explorer of the Seas is simply wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above-and-beyond. Our room steward even came to check on me (multiple times) when I was suffering from seasickness! We had rough seas during one day, but the staff did everything they could to best accommodate. Our wait staff was awesome - first cruise for all in our party where the head waiter came to the table every night, and the waiter and assistant were simply wonderful. The food was plentiful and always delicious, the ship itself was exceptionally clean and there were activities for all. We truly enjoyed our trip. Thank you, Royal Caribbean and thank you, BJ's!

The Ship was very nice, clean and the Cruise Staff were Very Frendly.

It was my 50th birthday / Mother'day My first cruise... I can't wait to go again. That's how friendly and nice everyone one was.
