Review summary

The ship has not been maintained. It is clear the company has failed to put money in the upkeep of the ship. The value of what I spent was not worth what I received.

Food and Dining

The quality of food in the dining room was best of all options. Our Waiter was excellent however the "Head Waiter" was a waste of a position and just hung around at the end waiting for a tip. The food in the Windjammer was lowgrade and much like a cafateria. Drinks were limited. If you are a morning ice tea drinker be prepaired to pay.... however, you will not have to pay at lunch or dinner. Throughout the 9 days there were dirty dishes and silverware. The dining times were very good.

The BINGO Guy was very good, though he needs to change up his comments for those that attend throughout the cruise as he repeats the same thing everyday.

Service and Staff

With the exception of Donna, the Stateroom attendent, and Martin, the waiter, I would have to say that the staff quality was limited. The port and shopping guy was rude and it was difficult to find employees when needing help.

The size was fine. There were no amenities. When I first entered the stateroom on the first day the refrig had not been completely stocked. The extra bedding covers had blood on it. The sofa was worn and needed to be replaced.
