Room Type: Inside

The staterooms were nice and the stateroom steward was good. The dining room servers were very good. But the menu was too limited. The Medic office staff were cold and ineffective. The gust relations department was not accomodating. There is a definite lack of communication between departments. The public bathrooms, the 24 hour cafe and windjammer need to be constantly cleaned. They were dirty. Some of the staff need to take a course on people skills, They did not smile as a matter of fact some growl at you.

Pros: The activities and the room.

Cons: The manner my family was treated by the Medic office, Guest Relations and other staff. Not the dining or room staff.

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.
