Hated It!!

Sail Date: June 04, 2011

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

One word that best describes this cruise is the moneypit. There is really notihing you can do on the ship for free. The food is horrible & most of the time is spent waiting for evelators & shuffling from one side of the ship to the other. The staff is very friendly & helpful though.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Horrible food

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
We went to Johnny Rockets a lot b/c the dinning room food sucked
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
My daughter loved the teen program
Ship Quality
The pool area cleaniness left much to be desired
Cabin / Stateroom
I'm not sure if all staterooms are set up that way but I hated it.
King's Wharf, Bermuda
When we went to the pink sand beach it was more like " wait I think I see some pink sand" when wewere expecting "WOW PINK SAND!!!"
