This is our second cruise and will continue to book our next one on that years current cruise. It is always an amazing experience. The only complaint I would have (and it may seem petty but I do think it is something that should be offered automatically) is the fact that real cream is not offered at any dining room, buffet, or the cafe unless you ask for it, and then most waiters didn’t understand what u were asking for because half and half is at every station. The half and half is milk. No cream at all and it doesn’t come close to lightening up the coffee enough for someone who enjoys many cups a day. The first cruise we went on it was almost impossible to get cream even after asking. This cruise we were taken care of very well but had to ask every day in the buffet. I’m thinking this should be an easy fix, and would make many cruisers very happy.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the pre-recorded ballroom dance music. We enjoyed the zumba and fun fitness classes, as well as the ballroom and line dance classes. We really enjoyed the ice skating shows as well. The food and service were very good. We suggest discontinuing the piped in music in the Windjammer. It is often loud and the selection of songs does not make for a pleasant eating experience. The accoustics in the theatre can be very loud, especially when the singers in the shows are performing. We had to leave the theatre on one occasion because the amplification of their voices was ear-piercing. We really enjoyed eating at the buffet in the Saphire Lounge. Thank you for a wonderful cruise - we will be back!

One hour time zone change during cruise. Felt that these beaches were nice, but would be just as happy with Eastern & Western Caribberan, which are closer.

We loved our cruise on Explorer of the Seas. The food, cabin, and service was top notch. We recommend Explorer of the Seas!

A 2006 cruise on Royal Caribbean was wonderful. This cruise did not meets those standards. I hope it is not a trend that you can only get excellent service if you pay extra.

Its was fun relaxing and stress free! Which we visited more places but that for a another trip

Overall, felt like a great experience for the money. Nassau was a bit disappointing, Labadee was beautiful. Ship's decor is a bit outdated but amenities, staff and food were all excellent.

We really enjoyed our 5 night cruise on the Explorer. My husband and I are in our late 30's and really just wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation. This ship was perfect for what we needed. It was a great value too! We have 2 pre-teen kids and I probably won't consider this ship a good fit for them, though.

We really enjoyed our cruise, and were happy to visit Aruba again while visiting Bonaire and Curacao for the first time. This was our second cruise with Royal Caribbean, and we would have no hesitant to go again -- especially in the winter months since we live in Pennsylvania!

I have been on many cruises and Royal Caribbean is the best EVER!!

We had a great time with friends who we had dinner with each night in the main dining room with a great waitstaff. Bring extension cords for your room as the outlets are not where you need them. The Netherlands Antilles islands were beautiful.

I cannot say enough about the all ships tour. It is simply the highlight of things to do onboard. And while we were upgraded for wich we were happy about, you would think when I received notice on Friday PM of the upgrade that by Sunday, 1:30 PM when we were allowed in our stateroom, RCI would have our names corrected from the previous cancelled guests to ours. While the ship's Customer Service personnel and Concierge continuously got our name incorrectly. Even at the Noon reception for suite guests, on Wednesday, the Concierge, introduced us as the previous cancelled guests. Bottom line, my wife and I felt as though we did not belong. Aside from that issue, we enjoyed the cruise and will continue to be loyal to RCI.

Great fun.loved spending time with family. The waiters were the best as was our room steward. There was lots to do.

While this is not the latest ship.it is very comfortable. Staterooms are more spacy then on 2 years old new/big ship I just had cruise on. Staff is well trained helpfull. All around nice and clean.

Great Christmas Cruise to the Caribbean for our family from all over the country.

For my first cruise I will not complain. I will most definitely do it again and hopefully the weather will cooperate

We have been on Harmony and Adventure. This ship ranks below them both. On board itinerary is geared towards older people: jazz music, karaoke, same woman singing the same songs in the bar each night.

Overall we had a nice trip. The food and dining services were very good. The ship was nice, clean and well designed. Our cabin was a major disappointment and it was quite an experience trying to get back off the ship in Miami.

This was my first and last time on Royal Caribbean. I shouldn't have to pay to iron my clothes. The alcohol was weak on the boat. I could not fully relax, the way I usually do during my vacations. There wasn't a lot of activities for adults, mostly for children. I didn't like how Blaz spoke to Elford during dinner while Elford was trying to accommodate my family.
