I Received excellent service from Ben the Dining Room manager to accommodate my large family party from all over the country for a last minute dinner together. Ben was extremely helpful in making this happen. Highly appreciated of Ben and his wonderful dining room staff. Our room steward was also great.

Glad you had a great cruise. Just curious as to embarkation issues. We are sailing on The Explorer on Friday. First time on Royal Caribbean and first time out of Miami. What time did you arrive for check in? Were the lines long? How long was the wait to board? Thanks.
