Review summary

Arrived early for embarkation. Excellent trip. We had visited most of the ports on past cruises. It was good to see each again. Puerta Plata had a lot of fun excursions to choose from. The other ports were less so. Entertainment was good and main dining was excellent.

Main dining was a pleasurable experience. The buffet had a large variety but was just ok. Breakfast in the main dining room was very good.

Ice skating was superb and evening shows were excellent.

Main dining waiters were excellent and very attentive to our needs and wants. All crew members were always friendly.

I enjoyed the promenade

Room was clean and tidy all the time. We had a virtual view of outside from a ship camera. View was OK but probably not worth the extra money.

Ship tip

Get to the ice shows early. The music in the promenade at times was extremely loud. Not sure how that might have affected those with interior rooms overlooking the promenade.
