Review summary

It was a great first cruise. It taught me how to plan better for the next one...things I liked things I didn't...but overall excellent!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
It was good... a little confusing about muster...but quickly got on and in my room.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Only did main dining and it was amazing. Staff was top notch and the food was delicious and had adventurous options but kept the classics too.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
What was available was great...just wish the pools were a bit better for kid play.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Some of the shows, like ice skating was great... but some of the comedians just weren't my style.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
It was good for what it was, just wish there was more. My child didn't have fun so he stuck to me the whole time. His favorite part was duck hunting, which wasn't the cruises doing but the people's doing.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Amazing!!! Everyone was great, hospitable, and genuinely nice.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Staff kept it clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was what I imagined.. a little small, but comfy.

Ship tip

Bring your stretchy pants. The food is so delicious, you are going to gain some weight.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

It was crazy, airport was horrible, and the people weren't very helpful.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

Beautiful and options

St. John's, Antigua

5 out of 5
Got off at Port and had a lot of shopping options.

Roseau, Dominica

5 out of 5
I felt this port was the best for seeing the country in it's true state.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
Amazingly beautiful!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
A little confusing but it all worked out.

I know a lot of people complain about the size of a pool on a cruise ship. The average Olympic size pool holds over 600000 gallons of water so let's say the pool on the cruise ship is a 100,000 gallons at 8 pounds per gallon that's 800,000 pounds on the top of the ship. very very top heavy not good. That is why their pools are so small. Pools use to be bigger and on the inside and at the bottom decks if the ship. 🚢
