Explorer of the Seas

7 Night Alaska Sawyer Glacier (Seattle Roundtrip)

Sail date: July 29, 2016

Ship: Explorer of the Seas

Cabin type: Balcony

Cabin number: 9674

Traveled as: Family (young children)

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Review summary

Beings that I had two balcony rooms for my family, the ship not fulfilling its destinations routes was disappointing and the cruise company did not reimburse for not meeting all the destinations.

Additionally, since I was traveling with family, the urinals in the men's bathrooms were extremely too highly mounted to allow any normal size youth probably under the age of 16 to be able to use.

Did u stop and think that the captain puts his passengers safety first? Sounds like you whinged about the tiny things.

What 2 balcony cabins had to do with destinations or plumbings ?

cabiddy    8 years ago

So they are supposed to accommodate you with your required plumbing. Safety is the captains first consideration on routes.

It says right in the cruise contract ports/destinations subject to change. I'm guessing you didn't get to tracy arm fjord? Too much ice?
