Review summary

Staff in the dining hall were great people, so also the customer service and cruise director.

did not like the layout design of the 3rd floor. to go from one of the ship to the other, you had to go up to the floor you wanted and then walk to the other end.  for example if you went for lunch to the 14th floor and took the nearest elevator to go down to 3rd floor, ooops..   go up to 4th walk all the way down and then go down again

comedy show and magic show not impressive at all.  Expected more than 1 adult comedy.  the dancer were great.

Was surprised there were no all night coffee, deli or pizza place.

Ship Quality

cleanliness was good, but the design of the 3rd floor was terrible. why couldn't they provide a path to go from one end to the other ? just imagine if you are big group with cabins all over 3rd floor... there is no direct path to go across the floor

Cabin / Stateroom

comfortable cabin, good housekeeping. however the design of the shower is terrible, you always end up with a lot of water splashing outside the shower.

Ship tip

great staff, helpful especially if you yourself be friendly with them. They love friendly people and will go out of their way to help you. Avoid 3rd floor cabins, it is a pain that you cannot walk from one end to the other on 3rd floor. Very annoying. you will love the coffee shop on 5th fl

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

make a trip to pike market, it is worth it. the Seattle needle trip is a rip-off. tickets are pricey to go up and to have an average view of the city. not worth it.
