Review summary

I was disappointed in the quality and taste of overall in the food. In the Windjammer , it reminded of a diner taste. In the Sapphire, food was good but not great.

Arctic Zone ice cream machine not working during all the hours listed. We'd walk and walk to get a cone and it'd be already closed.

Room attendants were great and servers in the Sapphire went above and beyond.

Everyone friendly and helpful.

Getting off and on ship during excursions were well planned out.

This app asks for people to review THEIR experience, which is what people do. Each person has their own experience and their own opinions. I value truthful opinions/reviews from people. What I (and most people) dont value/appreciate is that rude people that comment about other peoples reviews. Each person is an individual and no 2 people experience things exactly the same. Maybe a little more honest reviews and less abuse might be in order in spirit with the intentions of this app

I have found for some unexplainable reason the food on the Alaskan cruises is not up to the same standards that we have had on other cruises and I am not just talking about RC. I think it must be the suppliers in this area. The food is not bad just somewhat monotonous. The cruises out of Texas, New Orleans, and Miami are much better. Still I think they do a remarkable job preparing that many meals
