Review summary

This cruise was the worst ever. The food was of terrible quality.

The decor was tired. Rugs were old and worn.

The entertainment was terrible. The shows were boring. No snacks after 9pm

The sofa designed for 'two' was way too small and completely uncomfortable

The cabin was very small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Royal Caribbean cant come close to Canival.

Promenade cafe is always open as well as room service.

Cannot believe the negativity and to give it one star truly amazes me! The refurbished ship was lovely, with the cafe on the promenade deck serving food 24 hours a day. The cabins we had which overlooked the promenade were excellent. Windjammer food had plenty of choice and good quality and very clean. The main dining rooms were great and superb service. I suggest you try Royal Caribbean again!

The food is great, the service amazing, the shows are wonderful and yes u can get snacks after 9pm if you bothered to look!

We were on deck 2 in an outside cabin. Very clean and spacious. Definitely tell ship had recently been refurbished. Staff were amazing and so friendly.

I cannot believe you were on same ship as us! We were on deck 7 cabin overlooked the promenade shops and was very nice and spacious n comfortable The food in the Sapphire restaurant was faultless service excellent as we're the staff Some people just aren't ever satisfied!!

you need to go to spec savers, it cannot have been 99% bad...such negative minds...mind you you always get travelers that if everything was gold plated you would not please them...so sad!!
