Never had a wait to enter the main dining room and the food always arrived in a reasonable time. Service was great. The food in the buffet was decent and their service was really good. Loved the specialty restaurants.
Onboard Activities

The main onboard activity we used was the Thermal Suite in the Spa. Loved it. Very relaxing.

Most of the shows were decent, but the comedienne was quite bad.

Very spacious aft balcony with a large balcony area. The best cabin we have ever had on a cruise.
This port was much better than it was in the 1980's. We did the Puerto Plata Sightseeing & Cabarete Beach excursion. The Beach was amazing with 90 degree ocean water.
Not as much to see here as there was in Curacao. We did the 4x4 Island Adventure excursion which really wasn't what we were expecting. No real 4X4. The vehicle looked like it was from the 50s.
