We enjoyed the cruise. Weather conditions and port changes were not Hollands fault. Heard a lot of people complaining of different things but we did not see it. It is what you make of it.
Embarkation

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
MD selection basically same food as buffet just different ambiance. Personally I liked the choices and flavors were good. Pinnacle grill was very nice tried steak tartar for first time and like it. Really enjoyed the surf and turf night some of the best and moist lobster tail, filet mignon . Pizza's, salad bar and burgers were awesome Drinks at outside lido deck bar was alittle weaker then the inside lido deck pool bar. Water on the ship was good quality water no need to purchase or bring water on board.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Really am glad we booked the cabanas on the lido deck. Received great service from Jason and Mark Jason. The entire cruise was a week of complete pampering. Well worth the extra money spent on this and would splurge on it again. Also pampered in the spa with facial and foot massage.
Entertainment

Took in couple of the comedy shows and musicals. Very entertaining
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The entire cruise was staffed with very professional, attentive and trusting staff. Always going out of their way to take care of any need or questions we had as we were first time cruisers.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
We had no problem with layout of ship and was the perfect size for us. Always kept clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was a little small but did not spend much time in there anyway. Plenty of storage space. Placed suitcases under the bed. Loved the shower flow, plenty was good water pressure, Beds were comfortable
Ship tip
Don't expect a lot of frills such as water slides or rock climbing walls but a time for complete relaxation and going at whatever pace you desire. Maybe more of a cruise for middle age or more mature young age type passengers
It was OK being that it had just opened up the week before for cruising. Raining alittle so weather not the best. Did power sea doo snorkeling and then quick stop at Margeritaville to have drink, bite to eat , walked down to Jacks shack and back to ship
Raining when we got ready to leave ship so did not pay for tour to any beaches or get off to go shopping as that was not the reason for the cruise to shop I wanted sun and water. Most beaches had really just reopened and been cleared for accepting tourist back the week before.
beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water. Had rented a clam shell. Water was a little cooler than i thought it would be for this time of year. Was disappointed in the conditions of the bathrooms and changing areas considering cruise line owned and operated I feel like it should have been better maintained.
We had purchased a couples package prior to cruise that included a lot of amenities, special disembarkation being one of them. When we were ready to leave we made a phone call and off the ship we went.
They are private (with curtains ) with table 2 chairs and 2 person lounge chaise type chair towels robes ice water butler service choc covered strawberries sparkling wine and they will bring you any food snacks for the week for 199.00 divider between can be pulled back for bigger party by reserving 2 side by side. Think I called HAL after someone posted web link. Nice place to nap when top open and breeze blowing thru.
