Sail Date: June 01, 2015

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

+ old aging ship needs to retire .

+ poor entertainment that audience leave shortly after starting every single night.

+ Club HAL for kids have zero interest in kids or activities related .

+ Food quality is suboptimal from a premier cruise line .

+ great countries to visit with lots of history & wonderful cultures that's hard to absorb in 12 days .

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions agent never delivered any of what promised so we never used the excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
+ bed & pillows are uncomfortable ( maybe to have people use the massage & spa more often ) . + They vacuumed the room only once in 12 days . + never take care of routine stuff unless asked for .

+ We celebrated on board the 300 Voyage for this ship & it showed every bit of aging in all aspects .
+ nightly entertainments were so bad that they beg for laughs . So cheap stuff that's hard to believe presenting in such a premier cruise line . Director of entertainment MUST be let go.
