Amazing city! the best port by far. I would suggest not doing any excursions here if it's your first time. Walk around the city and explore on your own. It's very safe and very clean. I would recommend taking a local bus tour for $10

Nice stop. Everyone brags about the shopping, but if you are not interested in jewelry, skip the shopping and head to the beach. We did the jeep tour which was really fun since we were able to drive and see most of the island.
