Employees were all extremely friendly and helpful and most were lots of fun to be around and joke with. Stateroom attendants were extremely attentive and bartenders and wait staff were excellent.

The staff make this cruise worth while. They are polite, helpful and always aim to please. The entertainment is not so great. The dancers and singers are below average. The food is great and the overall condition of the ship is good and clean.

The ship is very small and dirty.

Loved our cabin, on board entertainment, staff esp. cabin/stateroom crew. Would have liked more relaxation time with my husband but that was hard with a 3 and 8 year old. Found some of the "hidden" costs, for instance kids had pop package and assumed that included pop in the stateroom-it did not!-VERY EXPENSIVE! Staying connected on board was extremely expensive-Recommend buying international package from Verizon. Spa Hot Stone Massage was fabulous by Jenn, she's Irish. Highly recommend. Excursions were alright, but docking times severly cut into sun and fun time esp. during winter months when sun goes down early.

Great ship and cruise , food and staff awsume.

We enjoy cruising on Enchantment of the Seas. We love sailing out of Baltimore!!! Staff is friendly, courteous and hard-working. Lots of activities, choices of food, shows, excursions and ports of call.

The Enchantment of the Seas is showing her age. We enjoy the smaller ships for cruising but would probably avoid this RC ship. Our balcony was rusty and "old". The bed in 7562 was terrible, and there was no apparent ability to correct this by the ship's staff. The ship was generally clean but showed wear, ie stained carpeting.

Older ship that is well maintained. Could not have better attention in the stateroom or in the dining room.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my cruise experience on the Enchantment of the Seas. I thought the service and attractiveness of the staff was amazing and they did well in fulfilling any request I had. I'll be sure to return to Royal Caribbean International again for my cruising needs.

The ship was an older one built in the 90s but renovated at some point in the 2000s. That being said, everything was beautiful. They also keep up on maintenance really well (even when we were sailing!)

walking into the ship was 'grand'. Only had a towel animal one night. :( Dining room seemed unorganized, but staff was very friendly. Not very many activities throughout day.

This was my second cruise - my first was 10 years ago on another line. The Enchantment of the Seas was truly awesome. From parking the car do getting off the ship everything was flawless and oh, so easy. The food was more like that served at top restaurants than on a ship. The shows offered something for everyone. I was very impressed by the quality entertainers - the comedy shows were hilarious. I especially liked that there was an adult version later, as well as a family performance. The juggler was incredible, as were the Enchantment singers and dancers. The musicians who performed throughout the ship provided great music in comfortable areas. Game shows and contests, both inside and outdoors, were a riot. It was wonderful to have so much to choose from throughout the day. The best thing, though, was that this cruise was perfect for older travelers as well as those with children. There was always a staff member ready to assist when needed. As a single senior, I would not hesitate to take this cruise alone. There were so many people to talk with and so many opportunities to participate in, or just relax and watch, the shows and activities. This is a cruise not to be missed.
