beautiful ship.

That the decor is dated but the ship is still clean and in pretty good shape.

The entertainment was awful. There were no clocks anywhere on this ship. The staff seemed overworked and tired. The stay at the ports was cut short. The activities on the ship were boring. Bands were great the first two nights then they played the same thing over and over, there was no variety. No entertainment provided for second seating.I have been on cruises where I didn't have enough time to do all the activities..on this ship I had to play cards and games to keep myself and family entertained. There weren't enough elevators. I spent most of my time watching tv on a little tiny screen. This ship needs major upgrades. I don't think I will be taking royal until it lives up to its name.

ship too old,had nothing but a casino and shopping,had to stand for shows(not enough seating for that amout of people),food was so-so, if i had to pay for quality and quantity of food at resturant it would be a step up or two than fast food. entertainment was better than food or ships activities.

Our second cruise on The Enchantment of the Seas was as great as the first. The amenities and activities are great. We are extremely disappointed that the \"Enchantment\" will no longer be departing from Baltimore after April 2013. Can't imagine being on any of the other ships in the category as they do not have the \"stretch\" added to them. It certainly makes the ship!

The ship was very nice and clean. Was my first cruise and I was very impressed with the size of my stateroom and the size of the window. Only the shower was difficult due to how small it was. The theater was very nice and shows were good; the comedy was fantastic. Service was great. Pool size could have been bigger but the party atmosphere at the pool was great.

My weird dietary restrictions were not even the slightest problem for the experienced, kind and professional staff on this ship. My food was always well within my diet and I was never made to feel as if I was the slightest imposition. In fact, I was left with the impression that it was a pleasure for the dining staff to have an opportunity to serve. The adult pool area met my leisure needs with soothing music away from the screaming teens. In fact, I was barely aware that this cruise was full of kids because of the efficient use of space. However, the casual dining area was an exception to this. Not to be antisocial, but I teach, getting away from it all involves getting away from kids. A grown up casual dining would be nice. Also, the snack bar that offered unlimited pizza and burgers was beyond the grown up pool. This led to kids parading through the meditative music to get their carb fixes. The music served as deterrent, and kids were seldom there for long.

over all ship is very nice, well maintained for its age , staff is friendly and helpful, you are kept entertained, always something to do somewhere. need more of a variety in music department

The ship is small but I really like a coffe/tea station should be placed somewhere on deck 4, 5 or 6 where you can access it at any time of the day without having to go out in the weather. Why is the adult pool area always have the lid closed on it??? Why don't they let the air in? Everyone complained to me about this. The guest stars were great in the theater. Very entertaining.

We loved everything about it. We have taken many cruises and this ranks right up there with the best.

Ship was very nice. We were in an larger interior stateroom. It was just roomy enough for two people. Adequate closet space and shelf space. In bathroom. Lounges and bars were nicey decorated. Crew was very friendly and helpful. There was always something fun to do and plenty of places to just relax

The first day at sea from Baltimore to Bermuda was rough with plenty of instances of seasickness to be seen. The captain and crew we talked to all said that we had it pretty good. That leg of the trip is always rough. Bermuda was lovely, but windy and the waters were choppy. We opted for a snorkel excursion to a shipwreck but because of the rough waters they went to an alternate site. After learning that the rough seas were typical, we wondered just how many times the excursion gets out to the wrecks. People that did things like the bus and trolley tours spoke well of them. If you want to use public transportation on the island get your bus tokens early because the kiosks near the dock close, probably around 5 or 6 and so my girlfriend and I had to take a taxi to the romantic restaurant we had booked reservations at. Boston was Boston and people that took the trolley tour seemed to be the happiest, since it dropped you off at Quincy Market. If you don't need the tour there were some $20 round-trip shuttle passes to the market; it's just a little too far to walk from the port. Newport was pleasant but the need to use tenders to shore was a hassle. We opted to just stay on board and relax, but the free pink buses to the cliff walk were popular as were some of the driving tours of the mansions. The ship was nice and had a good crew. I suppose these days it qualifies as one of the small ships in their fleet.

This ship has a great pool deck and it was always hopping with activities. The entertainment on this cruise was top rate. The ship is a little outdated and ready for its refurbishing late next year. Crew and staff are very friendly and accomodating. They make you feel that they are truly there for you and to make your cruise a truly special experience.

Ship was very clean. Crew friendly. Entertainment excellent. Food good.

The ship was great

This was my second curise on The Enchanment of the Seas and just as enjoyable as the first. It was the first time for my children and grandchildren and they loved it as much as me or more.

well I might tell friend andfamily about this ship. he overall condition oftheship is ok. it is somewhat small considering tothe newer ships.

We loved our trip and as mentioned above, it would have been nice to have had a bit longer in port. It seems like we just arrived when it was time to leave--didn't have an overnight in Boston--would have been better. But as for the ship, it was great!

Staff was excellent. Everyone was lovely, courteous and helpful. We truly had a fantastic time and I would recommend this lovely ship and itinerary to anyone!! Food was really great and all the common areas were very clean and had a great updated decor. The art on the ship was really beautiful and added to the atmosphere!! Lovely time was had by all.
