The ship was very clean. Our stateroom was will taken care of by our stateroom person. Our evening dinning was the BEST, they gave us what we want and they smile all the time. We will cruise with the Enchantment of the seas again.

Execellent cruise

Very lovely ship.

A VERY GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY THE WHOLE SHIP FOR GOING NOWHERE. I WILL TRY AGAIN TO GO TO BERMUDA, BUT I HAD ONE OF THE BEST TIMES ON THIS CRUISE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD OR HOPED TO HAVE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE ITINARY OF THE DAYS THAT I HAD FOR GOING NOWHERES. I DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE BY STAYING ON THE SHIP. EVERYONE THAT WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH ON THE SHIP WERE SUPER. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME.

We were pleased with all aspects of our cruise

Due to Hurricane Sandy we were not able to go to Bermuda, were on the ship the entire cruise. the crew planned many activities for us. The ship was clean, the crew were great. The food was good.

It was understandable that Bermuda was not going to happen, not whilst Hurricane Sandy made its way up the North East coast. However the announcement was not made to the ship's passengers until most had already been on board, unpacked and were ready to set sail. Those who opted to leave being told they would have to carry off their own luggage, something my wife and I were incapable of doing. Despite the cruise line refunding our Bermuda Port taxes and a small refund based on the size of stateroom booked, I don't feel fully recompensed for the disappointment endured throughout the week anchored in the Chesapeake Bay. Yes the food was good, Yes, the entertainment continued as scheduled, but there was always the feeling that the cruise line were not playing fair. The savings to them in unused fuel alone, by not sailing to Bermuda must have been phenomenal not to speak of savings in the amount of food that was not necessary to feed those passengers left on-board. To the passenger all the costs associated with sailing where the same, we still had to pay full price for our drinks, photos, gratuities, internet etc. I would like to see the cruise line offer a % discount on a future cruise for all those who endured \"The Cruise to Nowhere\" or the Peter Pan cruise, where we were taken to 'Never Never land'.

Ship was in an unimpressive state of repair outside. Lots of rust and workwork was in desperate need of a preserative. Very pleased with stateroom. The cruise was aborted two hours after we boarded the ship so no opportunity to sample food and intertainent.

Up to the night prior to departure, the cruise line maintained there would be no change to the itinerary due to the coming storm. After lengthy boarding process, there was time for lunch and a cocktail - then 30 minutes before expected departure, they announced that there will be no stop in Bermuda, nor anywhere, and the ship would search for calm seas. They offered a full refund for those who wished to leave. The line to begin the disembarkation process was immense and chaotic. The computers no longer were functioning and we were simply given a document to disembark and a promise that the credit card would be refunded the full amount. After 1 week I only received an email of the intent to refund the prepaid wine and water packages, but nothing of the excursions nor the cruise itself. Called \"Guest Relations\" and was told that it was against corporate policy to give a refund, only credit for future cruise. She would not even acknowledge that we were verbally promised aboard ship that we would receive a refund and not credit. It was obvious that the ship needed to leave the Baltimore harbor before the storm arrived and they employed every lie and deceit possible to keep as many people aboard to minimize their own losses - but totally at the expense of the \"guests\". I would not travel with Royal Caribbean if you paid me.

For the money you can't beat the over all experience. It was convenient going out of Baltimore. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The room was clean, the food good, the entertainment professional. People who find negatives are spoiled, and self centered. My husband is 6'8\" tall and managed in the shower. We were in a party of eight. I heard no complaints. We will probably go again.

I was all around very impressed. The staff was absolutly amazing, they all went above and beyond. I'm vegetarian and my husband is a meat and potato eater, we both were very pleased with the food, more than enough delicious options for both of us.

Wonderful - many places to relax, dance, eat or be entertained!
