This is our third US/Canada cruise and we probably won’t book this one again as it has been too weather affected.

I highly recommend. Very relaxing and lots of friendly people.

I have taken the New England/Boston two previous times but on a different ship with RC. Both trips were wonderful. However, this trip stands in a league of its own. Will never go out on the Enchantment of the Sea - it should be named Disenchantment of the Sea. Never heard or saw the Captain once. One crew member said he had been on the ship for 4 months and has never seen the Captain. Success starts at the top and this ship lacks good leadership.

Have done previous cruises. I felt staff other than dinner waiters need more customer service training. Would cut in front of me when walking. Many times the answer was I'm sorry not what can we do to make it better I work in the public. Service recovery was poor

We had a wonderful cruise. The weather was cool and sunny. We were lucky because we cruised between two hurricanes. The ship is small but well maintained. We enjoy the smaller ships. Maine is a beautiful state.

You will enjoy this ship, the food was excellent, and the crew is 5 star!

Small ship, limited activities for young adults, great port, great staff, clean

Felt like I was Royalty the entire trip. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted to make everyone happy

Great cruise. Nice sized ship. Service was excellent.

It was fine. The ship itself needs remodeling, bringing it up to par. Looks like an aging ship. The entertainment onboard and the cruise director were energetic, fun and incredibly talented. Give your singers and dancers a raise. They should be doing sold out shows as famous people!

Great ship, staff wonderful, great weather, had a wonderful time. Bermuda is a great place to visit, beautiful beaches.

Bermuda was great, but we need to go back to take better advantage of what they have to offer.

Such an enjoyable, luxurious experience. We very much love cruises and the treatment attendants on the ship give us. As it's said many times, one doesn't find such good treatment by waiters and room attendants in this world today. Having a formal evening meal is very appreciated with such delicious gourmet food, cloth tablecloths and napkins. We appreciated Mece from Albania and John from the Phillipines as our attendants in My Time dining. They did everything to make our experience delightful and were amusing as well. I recommend Shelton, also from an African country (Zimbawe?). Please consider 3 nights in Bermuda. What a gift it is to be able to find an affordable and luxurious way to visit that country. I hold all of the staff in high regard and hope the best for them in their lives. They deserve it.

This cruise fit me to a tee. I enjoyed it all. It is so nice to meet new people and be in a place of contentment and fun.

Overall, I enjoyed my cruise. Just need a little more work on your customer service.

We really like this size ship. Pretty basic, but nice. Don’t bother buying the guest chat, didn’t work half the time. Big screen on Lido deck broken, as was kid’s pool play area.

Great time with friends, enjoyed celebrating our 50th anniversary. Ports of call were an excellent choice.
