Review summary

Have done previous cruises. I felt staff other than dinner waiters need more customer service training. Would cut in front of me when walking. Many times the answer was I'm sorry not what can we do to make it better I work in the public. Service recovery was poor

Pools were great hot tubs closed alot due to weather. And when open in solarium we were asked to get out at 0730 pm for cleaning could have waited till 9pm nothing else open

Travel agent Ms Bresse exceptional and very helpful. Room steward. Did minimal for us. Always had to ask for ice and towels. Dirty dishes never removed
