Overall, I enjoyed the cruise to Bermuda but I will ask that you work on customer service, especially in guest services. Some of the guest service reps were kind but there were that behaved as if they did not want to serve you.
Overall, I enjoyed my cruise. Just need a little more work on your customer service.

I was not checked- in properly because I wasn't able to check in on time through my app, so once I got closer to the desk, and an the lady checked me in she kept looking down on her cell or ipad as well as the check in device that she used to checking me in. I asked her why do you keep looking down and the check-in device, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Then she sent me to another set of ladies that ran my passport but never gave me a boarding pass, which I thought was odd but they told me to go on the ship as I am getting on the ship each person I met prior to getting on the ship kept asking me for my boarding pass. This let me know that something was not done correctly. So all to say, this has a big impact on customer service, which I think needs to be better if I decide to take this particular cruise line again.

Good food except one dish I had, which was the spaghetti bongolese. It had no flavor at all, which was a disappointment but everything else was good. I think they should include cheaper packages for sodas or if included in cruise prices certain drinks should be listed to know what is available.

I felt games like bingo should be free unless you want extra cards then you should pay for extra. Include more updated movies for showing ex: 2018-2022

Dedan was my housekeeper, he did a good job keeping my room clean. Shelton, Varine and Naudia were great in making sure that I was well taken care of at dinner at "My fair lady restaurant"

The ship is quite old because I saw a lot of rusting in certain areas especially on deck 5,9 and 10. It will properly need some body work and upgrades.

Embarkation personnel are contract employees of the port and embark for all cruise lines. The online check in is important so that you can board frictionlessly in 15 minutes. You should already have your boarding pass before you reach the terminal to avoid this issue.
Classic soda package and refreshment packages are available and are less than half the cost of the Deluxe beverage package which includes alcohol. Enchantment is amongst the oldest vision class ships and won't be receiving upgrades, only the routine maintenance. Cosmetic maintenance was deferred during the shutdown when most people were laid off and sent home.
