3 Day Cruise to Bahamas by fernsemiao

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The ship and crew were excellent. The food and service were very good as well. The only improvement would be the second day at Nassau, we had to pay to go to any beach. I would recommend this cruise

21st Birthday Celebration by Cruiser607

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Cruise was fine, bar service could be much faster,  way too long to wait for a cocktail,  the slow service was not worth the gratuity paid out.  Room attendant was awesome, he definitely worked for his tip and beyond!Big Smile

Christmas Holiday 2015 Cruise by Sandy43

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Every year we take our Family on a Christmas Vacation.  From start to finish this was the perfect Holiday Cruise.  The ship was decorated beautiful, the food was great, the excursions were so much fun.  This is the second time my husband and I have been on this cruise, I would do it again.  After the cruise we stayed a few days on Cocoa Beach, from our hotel we could watch the cruises go in and out of the port.

Enchantment. Of the seas by maddcatt36

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The people working on the ship where extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately had a few issues. The ice machine. Soda machine, and tea dispensers where broken several times throughout the cruise which was an inconvenience. Our last itinerary, we went to get towels to swim and they ran out. We had to sit around for about 20 minutes or so for laundry. We purchased a unlimited drink package and found out after the fact there where no more cups for the drink machine. In the dinning room my meals came out warm never hot. Received an appetizer the first night and it was cold. We spent more than twice the normal costs to cruise during the holiday. I dont believe the ship was properly prepared for this Christmas cruise. Had much better experience with Carnival.

Gym and spa by booluc8

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The gym was too small and not enough variety. The spa was nice but too expensive for the services provided. The bed was too hard in the room making it difficult to sleep. The hot was in shower was difficult to control.

Great SHORT vacation. by charleenac

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Our trip was great all around. We used Park Port Canaveral ($29) which was excellent. We drove up, they took our bags, we parked then immediately boarded the shuttle. 0 wait time. It was the same on the return trip. Port Canaveral has the best entry/exit for any port. Super easy and quick both ways. The staff onboard were wonderful and the food in My Fair Lady and Windjammer was excellent. The pools and other public areas were very clean and not super congested for a holiday sailing.

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group

Weather sucked really bad we couldn't do anything off shore events. The weather was also to bad to go to the island. The food at the dinner was great but our service was very late and uninterested.

Enchantment of Seas by ashligard77

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)

I do not have enough room to write a review. I would highly suggest that if one has a complaint you would be better off to keep to your self. Food could have been a lot better. Its sad when you think you will be stopping at two different locations, and you do not. It was cold and windy and I tried to take my child to the indoor pool so he could have something to do and they do not allow them to be in there. The entire trip was a BUST!! SPENT WAY TO MUCH MONEY SO MY CHILDREN COULD HAVE AN AWSOME CHRISTMAS, HOWEVER THEY WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Royal Caribbean Cruise for family winter holiday 2015 by jsr

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Enjoyed this cost -effective cruise with family. The crew and staff very attentive. Lots of fun activities for all. The main dining room dinner menu and food much better than the buffet selections available during breakfast and lunch. The Solarium area very nice comfortable however the 2 hot tubs were always crowded during the day. A third hot tub would be nice. The spa and massage services were over priced. The boarding  ( (1.5 hours)and disembarkment (45 minutes)process very efficient!   Kudos to Enchantment of the Seas for making our family's first celebratory cruise a pleasure!Happy

It is a wonderful travel! by hanru0526

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

This was a first time cruise for both myself and my family so didn't really know what to expect, we chose this cruise because I had already seen it looked fabulous, also for the freestyle dining as we don't like eating late at night. The ship itself was amazingly spacious and never seemed crowded anywhere, spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful, always smiling. The food was out of this world both in standard and choice with magnificent presentation even in the cafe where we had our meals most of the time as we liked the choice so much. Entertainment - superb every show we saw was top quality with so much choice and times to suit everyone. We booked a suit cabin which had plenty of room for the two of us, again spotlessly clean and comfortable, we couldn't hear anything at all, it was great. Overall the whole experience of cruising was superb, couldn't fault anything and will certainly go again.

Great weather, great food, great cruise by jandtbaz

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The weather was perfect for this cruise which also helped with traveling on smooth seas.  The bed was very comfortable.  The only thing that we would've liked to have had was a light blanket along with the comforter. The food was awesome and we especially liked the elegant presentation and taste of the food at the sit-down dinners.  Our cabin guy, Tut, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.  Also our sit-down dinner wait staff, Luis and Imade, were wonderful..... friendly, helpful and very attentive.

Family Christmas Delight by dsytsma3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The food was fantastic.  Our room was spotless and comfortable. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and there was plenty to do and see aboard, and at the stops.  Excellent staff- all very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. Lots of variety for the whole family, and we will cruise together again. Our contact Glen Miller was so helpful in setting us up and answering questions from the whole family- I would not hesitate to book again.

Bahamas and Coco Cay by bschulze

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

We had a delightful time on the cruise.  We went to Ft Charlotte in Nassau and snorkeled at Coco Cay.  The snorkeling was not good from the beach, so I would take the boat out for snorkeling.  $7 to rent the required snorkeling vest.  You can rent all the snorkeling gear for an additional charge

, but we had our own.

Enhantment of the Seas by fostermom

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

From the start of our cruise to the end of the cruise was great. get on and her was the best smooth and fast. Our cabin was good and very well locate on the ship as we were on deck 4 near the centum and the dinning room. I was afraid that there would be noise and traffic from there but not that much. Our dinner servers were great table #51, was near the windows and not far from the kitchen. Which means our food was hot by the time we got it.

One thing that did surprise us were empty lounge chairs all over the ship on our sea day...Even in the solarium! Our weather was beautiful, could not ask for any better. Great cruise!!Happy

Enjoyable vacation by mickiesisak

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Very good cruise and cruise line.  I would go on Royal Caribbean again.  The service, the food, the crew, and the amenities were excellent.  The entertainment, cruise directors were very good and made the whole experience entertaining.   A few disappointments were, we could not go to Cococay, because of the high tide and weather conditions; really wanted to see that island.   The window in our oceanview cabin was marked up so that it was hard to see outside.  The ship could use some refurbishing.  Overall, I would recommend using and Royal Caribbean.
